A professor in the Chair of the History of Old Polish Literature. A scholar of Neo-Latin and Old-Polish literature. She researches Early Modern Latin and Polish poetry in the context of Classical, Medieval and Renaissance European tradition (topology and genre studies; history of ideas; studies in cultural anthropology).
She has lectured at universities in Padua, Milan, Udine (Italy), Cologne (Germany), Jyväskylä (Finlandia).
